Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from and use of the FILL ME IN website, operated by Bookend Games ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

About us. Bookend Games is a company registered in England and Wales with its registered address at Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA. You can contact us at hello@bookendgames.com.

Age. FILL ME IN contains adult humour and is sold to customers aged 18 and over only. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over.

Pre-orders. FILL ME IN is currently sold on pre-order. Your payment is taken at the time of ordering and your game ships December 2026. If the ship date changes we will email you. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments or the payment provider you choose; we never see your full card details. If we discover a pricing error after you have ordered we will tell you and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Your order. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to say it has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable or we suspect fraud; you will be refunded in full.

Delivery. See our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes on international orders are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns and refunds. See our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Intellectual property. FILL ME IN, its cards, artwork, wordmark and website content are the property of Bookend Games and may not be copied, reproduced or sold without our written permission. You may not use the cards or their content to create a competing product.

Our liability. We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Website use. We try to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Privacy. How we use your personal information is set out in our Privacy policy.

Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, in your local courts.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
