Shipping policy

Pre-orders. FILL ME IN is currently sold on pre-order. Your card is charged when you order and your game ships December 2026. If that date moves, we will email you before it does.

Where we ship. The UK, the EU, the US, Canada and Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Delivery times. Once your order is dispatched you will get an email with tracking. UK orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days of dispatch; international orders within 7 to 21 working days depending on destination and customs.

Duties and taxes. UK prices include VAT. Orders to the EU, US, Canada and Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Wrong address. Check your delivery address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email hello@bookendgames.com with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot change an address once the order has been dispatched.

Lost or damaged in transit. If your order does not arrive within the times above, or arrives damaged, email hello@bookendgames.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace it or refund you.
